Our technician, William provided excellent customer service, clearly communicated everything since we were home when he arrived, and was extremely thorough when it came to the safety of our pets. He let us know when he arrived and when he finished, and made sure we knew we could reach out anytime if we ever had an issue—they stand behind their services and will come back out as needed. Pay for the year for ant & spider extermination. They come out twice a year and will come for any other pest at no extra charge.  I also have the mosquito treatment monthly and it is great! When I explained why I was calling he took the time to explain how I could very easily deal with the issue on my own with readily available supplies. Called Pest Masters about springtails, centipedes, and a few other bugs in our recently purchased home, and I can’t recommend Tom enough. Instead of immediately trying to sell me a pricey treatment plan, he spent real time on the phone walking me through what was actually going on: a moisture and landscaping issue, not something a spray would fix. He explained how old mulch against the foundation, humidity, and the recent hot weather were driving the activity, and gave me a clear, practical game plan (remove the old mulch, run the dehumidifier, seal things up) before spending a dollar. He was honest that at my low activity level, paying for pesticide service wasn’t worth it, and even pointed me toward unbiased university resources for more info. That kind of integrity is rare. If our situation ever escalates, Tom is the only person I’ll call. Genuinely knowledgeable, patient, and trustworthy.

We couldn't figure out where they were coming from or how they were getting in.  Jake and his team came over same day with 2 hours notice, and 24 hours later we haven't had one ant in our kitchen yet.  Jake is professional, and he takes care of his customers - no sales, gimmicks, or BS.   I would highly recommend using them.

I left the doorwall open about 2 inches and the screen closed. Don't know where it was from 11:30 am. to that time but the cat was watching it climb the screen between the doors at 7:30 pm. I closed the door. I bridled the cat and my son let the chipmunk out. I will look at the cat's mouth before I let her in from now on. Thanks Tom for your advice and for listening and helping me.

Tom gave me step by step instructions on how to treat our vehicle and what to do when we get home so make sure we don't bring them inside. Very kind of him! I can’t even believe how lucky I got that Nathan happened to drive by my truck considering I ran out of gas…. It was almost midnight on a Friday and I was on my way home from Meijer and McDonald’s. I was in 8mile just west of meadowbrook road. Literally 1 mile from my house and my brand new truck runs out of gas. I was trying for almost 30mins to push it off the main road into a subdivision. There must have been 100 plus cars that drove by and nobody would stop to help. Then “thank God” Nathan drove by and immediately stopped and offered to help. We ended up getting in out of the road and safely parked. He was on his way home from a 15 hour work day and still helped me without even thinking of himself. We started talking and we’re both business owners lol so we had a lot to talk about while we were moving the truck. I told him I live a mile away and had groceries and things and before I could even ask for a ride home Nathan offered to drop me off. I was moved by this because I’m the same type of person that will always help someone in need and I thanked him over and over again. He wouldn’t except any money from me so I insisted he brings his parents and girlfriend to my restaurant tomorrow for breakfast. Which he did and that made my day cause I got to return I kind gesture to a man who deserves it! I couldn’t thank him enough and told his parents they raised a great real man! Nathan thank you again for everything! I truly mean it and I wish you nothing but the best. But a guy like you will only get the best because that’s just who you are… Thank You! Johnny Mourtos

Tom talked to me about what to do about the fleas I was seeing in my home and he didn't charge me anything! I appreciate SO much that he was not trying to sell me something I didn't need and answered ALL of my endless questions. I used them 15 years ago to remove a bee’s nest (a great job and price), but here’s today’s story! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We have a few bug/bee issues going on at our house and, in a phone call, Tom of Pest Masters answered all of my questions.  I’m sure he could’ve come out to investigate the issues and charge me to tell me the same things, but instead he was kind enough to put my mind at ease, explaining resolves for my issues and advising me what to do and NOT do going forward.  Then, he had me set a reminder to call in September to set up a visit to address one of these concerns when the timing is right (and ONLY if I decide to spend the cash doing it).  I won’t hesitate to make that appointment in September as needed.  Kudos, Pest Masters! 🐞🐝

Tom was amazing! He stayed on the phone with me for 20 minutes - asking so many questions and being actually more thorough and detailed than my dermatologist! Not only did he calm my nerves and paranoia, he gave me tips on how to check for bedbugs which totally worked. Tom, please don’t take me this the wrong way because I hope I don’t ever have to call you with pest concerns 😃 But if I ever do have a situation, you will be my first call! Tom suggested that given the situation I should purchase Terro Bait for the ants. I am glad to say it has been a little more than a week and my ant problem is 98% gone. I contacted Pestmasters about a fruit fly issue and they told me to put all fruit in the fridge and the problem would take care of itself.  Other companies wanted to come and spray. Called with a bee infestation issue and the OWNER of the company talked me thru my problem, didn't try to sell me a service (as it wouldn't help my problem)  Told me what to do and not to worry.  I asked if I should have him come out in the spring to do anything and he said no.  Literally turned down business rather than rip me off!  You find that kind of service anywhere else.

Emily familiar face from back when we hired another company to spray for mosquitoes.  We now use only PEST Masters! She pointed out today how she had been our rep back a few years ago too.  Now happy to have her with PM (pest masters). The years of experience is so valuable. She was gave us tips for ticks too.   Helpful as we have 3 dogs! He explained the what, why, how on bees getting into my attic. Not only did he spray the outside, but he fogged from the inside as well;  A couple of small holes drilled into the ceilling and he applied fog. He did a great job but it seems the issue was a bit more extensive than initially suspected. Pest Masters had no problem coming out to do a second treatment. Rob came back and futher educated me and assisting in finding sources of entry. I am certainly keeping Pest Masters as my first call for anything in the future.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Once again, Pest Masters came through for us. We were having problems with yellow jackets near our patio. When we called, they asked about the activity of the yellow jackets. They felt there was no nest there and suggested a soapy water wash on the arborvitaes. When that didn’t work, we called the company the next day, and they sent Tom out. What they told us was correct, that there were no nests in our arborvitae‘s near the patio BUT Tom spotted a yellow jacket hive in the front of our home near the front door so he took care of that. My husband and I appreciated that he walked all around the house looking for other problems, and luckily found no other problems. Tom even noticed that our neighbor across the street was having chipmunk problems by the activity that he saw from his truck.  After talking with our neighbor, They agreed.  Continue to be very happy with their employees and great service.  Highly recommend.

I’ve been treating the problem on my own because there ants were outside but now they are in my home. Dale returned my call and was very honest. Fleas came from a friends dog that came in house. pestmasters came out did their treatment and two days they were gone. Second time was ants, during the Covid thing we weren’t able to return cans guess what.... well they resolved that too, took them a return visit but they didn’t charge for second visit. Started with them at my last home in Brownstown for a wasp problem. I was on their monthly spray preventative plan after that and never had an issue. Now I'm using them at my home in Brighton, for ticks and mosquitos. Ticks have been so bad this year and last year in my area. With 3 dogs and 2 cats I certainly don't want to deal with them. I haven't seen a single tick on my pets since getting the monthly spray. I have a huge pond behind my home and haven't been bothered by mosquitos either. The tech that sprays our yard is very kind and courteous. Always lets us know he's here to make sure we don't let our animals out and let's us know when he's done. I have always found them to be curteous and prompt at returning my calls.  When they found out that we were moving into our new home after months of renovation, they recommended that it was sprayed for spiders, etc...about 2 weeks before we planned to move.  THANK GOODNESS for this advice.  Our home has a lot of trees and close to the water and I do not do well with any type of critter. Since we have moved I have contacted them several times with bugs and issues.  My calls were always returned promptly and when it was something that we couldn't solve ourselves they came and took care of it. I also, now get my yard mosquito sprayed and I have called last minute before events and they ALWAYS come as soon as the weather permits....this is Michigan after all.. As far as some of the negative comments, they were petty. #1 Many companies card a fee to use a credit card. #2 All companies have boundaries to where they do service ( I had several companies that would not come to my Dearborn home and I lived in a new home, not far from City Hall! I do not believe it is personal. I have recommended them to several people and not one of them have been disappointed.

I have a very minor pest problem that can be resolved by little maintenance I can do myself. They looked at the situation, identified problem spots, and suggested some self remedies first before getting into more costly services. With proper placement of the recommended liquid ant baits, that I purchased at the hardware store, after 2 two days we haven't seen anymore ants.  I liked their approach of solving the problem as cost effectively for the home owner as possible, yet being fully prepared to provide advanced treatments if needed.

They take the time to explain the problem and what they are going to do.  My feeling was they wanted to figure it out instead of just trying to put on application after application.  Since I have had them I do not have any bug problems.  I know that they would treat anything that came up, not just what is being treated regularly.
