They came BACK out this week, again no charge. THAT is proof of a company backing up their name and reputation.

Have been a customer of Dale’s for the past 20 years. I am thrilled with the price and service that the preventative maintenance plans offer. When I have an issue, they come out same day for the emergency treatment.

They identified a grain beetle after wks of me trying to figure it out for myself. They said exactly what to do and what to look for.There was no charge due to the fact it was just a matter of maintenance. Pest masters are excellent, efficient, knowledgable and honest!! Thank you SO much!

We have used the bigger companies in the past and they did ok but constantly trying to charge us every few months automatically, sign contracts, etc. Then when I didn’t want to use them anymore, I had to go through some corporate person. It just was too impersonal. We switched to Pest Masters a couple years ago and they are fantastic. Personable and always a human being answering the phone. Love supporting a local business and they have been very easy to work with.
